1. The need to believe that life is meaningful and has a purpose.  

-Is your church relevant and fulfilling to youth?

2. The need for a sense of community and deeper relationships. 

-Is your leadership personal and authentic?

3. The need to be appreciated and loved.

-Is your leadership expressing God's love to youth?

4. The need to be listened to - to be heard.

-Is your leadership addressing the needs and doubts of youth?

5. The need to feel that one is growing in faith.

-Is your leadership offering next steps for youth faith development?

6. The need for practical help in developing a mature faith.

-Is your leadership modeling real spiritual maturity?
