Membership:
a. This Committee shall consist of three members and an alternate Treasurer appointed by Classis.
b. The Treasurer of Classis shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Committee.
Mandate:
a. present to the Stated Clerk an annual budget by June 30 of each calendar year and an audited financial statement by March 31 of each calendar year.
b. annually review and, at the September meeting of Classis, make recommendations regarding the following year's:
(1) remuneration of the Treasurer and the Stated Clerk.
(2) allowable rate of compensation for travel, meals at Classis, meeting expenses, appointed delegates to Synod, etc.
(3) rate of remuneration for guest preachers at the Churches of Classis.
c. report routinely at Classis prior to the financial report by the Treasurer.
