The Toronto Hospital Ministry ministers, in Christ's name, to patients in Toronto Hospitals who are far from home, and to their families.

Chaplain's Responsibilities:

• To ministry to patients of the CRC whose residence is outside Toronto; Toronto area patients from vacant churches; and patients whose pastors are unable to make as many visits as the situation warrants.

• To minister to any patients (including non CRC members) who indicate a desire for a visit.

• To be available to lead worship services in those hospitals which hold Sunday services.

• To personally, or by referral to appropriate churches, follow up those patients who after discharge require ongoing pastoral care.

• To invite Toronto CRCs to provide additional ministry to patients whenever needed.
